Having this remote is great. This Christmas, I wanted to take family photos without having to be in front of the lens. I turned my D5600 and receiver toward the tree for setup. I was able to capture some fantastic images while remaining present. The setup is quick and very simple. fantastic stuff Anybody should do that, in my opinion.

Just to let other Sony A7iii users know, it appears that this remote does not work with the A7iii. Fair enough, other Sony A7 models were listed in the description instead of the A7iii, but I was really expecting to discover a single intervalometer with various connectors solution to reduce the number of remotes in my camera bag. The kit's micro USB cable connected to my Sony A7iii multi terminal camera quite well, however it didn't work with my Canon 6D or 70D (which utilize two separate connections from this set). I inserted the USB cable into my Vello Freewave wireless shutter release receiver to be sure the cable itself wasn't the issue, and the Sony A7iii responded flawlessly. Therefore, it seems that there is a compatibility problem between the Neewer controller and the Sony A7iii. Otherwise, there are no issues with the controller; it operates just like any other intervalometer of a comparable design.

My new EOS R does not include an interval photography capability to create time-lapse still photographs, in contrast to my old Canon camera. I can do it with this wired remote control. Up to 99 hours and 59 minutes can be configured for each of the delays, exposures, and shooting intervals. Additionally, I can use it for bulb exposures and if I need to do night photography exposures that are longer than 30 seconds. In the dark, I can configure functions thanks to the built-in light. It's simple to set up thanks to the instructions. Despite the built-in self-timer on my EOS R, I can only select delays of 2 or 10 seconds. I may choose any delay I wish with this remote. Similar to the shutter button, it starts focusing and locks in exposure with a half-press, while a full push shoots the photo or engages the timer, delay, or interval settings. Overall, a fantastic value.

For the price, this small timer is fantastic. Although the UI is a little odd, if you figure it out, utilizing it won't be a problem.I previously bought a Canon corded remote shutter release, which I found to work well—until the design resulted in the wire breaking, at which point it ceased to function. Since it has all the same functionality and also includes timer features, I much prefer this new remote. The cost is lower, and the build quality is on par with that of the canon. The remote release's official version is available here.http://amzn.to/2v2pbc6The setup is quite simple, and you have control over the following:The amount of time between pressing the button and the first shutter release is known as the delay. Useful for letting the controller go and allowing the camera to become absolutely motionless before capturing the picture. The range is 0 seconds to 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds, in one-second steps. The length of the exposure is the amount of time the shutter is left open. You can now make exposures that are longer than what the camera would normally allow. The range is 0 seconds to 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds, in one-second steps. The time between the beginning of one frame and the beginning of the next is known as the interval. It is a little confusing because it takes into account the exposure duration and covers the entire time between frames, not simply the gap from close to open. Continuous shooting appears to be the outcome if this value is lower than the exposure.Number - The total number of exposures, which can range from 1 to 399 or be infinite.Chime: Turn on or off the gadgets' chimes.Once the start button is pressed, all of the aforementioned elements are utilised. Therefore, you set Delay 15 to 15 seconds if you want to capture a single photo with the camera's current exposure after pressing the button "Exposure zero, interval zero, and number one. Set Delay 0, Exposure 60", Interval 60", and Number 2 if you wish to take two further 60 second exposures right after the press. Set Delay 0, Exposure 0, Interval 5'0 if you wish to take a time lapse over 24 hours at 5 minute intervals "that is, 288. Change the interval to 0'1 if you want to take a time lapse with a picture every second "You will have to manually stop the process after you're done if you set Number to unlimited. The illumination on the device is soft. Subtle in that it is not as bright as many modern common LEDs, yet bright enough for you to quickly adjust the settings at night. The backlight isn't particularly strong, thus it almost never interferes with your exposure. After the last button is pressed, the backlight will remain on for 6 seconds. The settings can be locked to prevent unintentional changes. The fact that this device cannot be turned off is my first source of annoyance. The device turns on once the batteries are in. Maybe this is unimportant, but I find it unpleasant and detest putting it away. But even though I put it away a week ago with brand-new batteries, the battery low warning is still not active. However, I have now removed the batteries and am storing them separately so they will be available when needed. When you have traveled for hours to get away from city lights to shoot pictures of the night sky, there is nothing more aggravating than discovering dead batteries with no spares. The second source of my annoyance is the incorrect model I initially ordered. You should be aware that, depending on the connector your camera uses, there are 7 variations of the same device, which is not a hardware defect. The C1, which can suit my Canon 60D but not the intended 5DMkIII, was what I initially ordered. Unfortunately, I learned this after making a long trip to avoid city lights and get images of the night sky. They were unable to connect since they were holding a camera in one hand and a remote in the other. Actually, I had spent the entire day mountain biking away from city lights on dirt roads. Even yet, I was unable to catch the view because 30 seconds is insufficient. The list of models is as follows:(Rebel, 60D/Da, 100D) EZa-C1 Canon EOS consumer headphone type connectorhttp://amzn.to/2v2bUQBPentax (K200, K100D, K20D, K10D, K-7, K-5, Kr, Kx, *istD*, MZ-6, MZ-L) Canon (1D, 5D, 6D, 7D,10D,20D,30D,40D,50D, EOS 3, D2000) EZa-C2 Canon EOS - professional - 3 prong studio style connectorhttp://amzn.to/2v2rADB EZa-N1 Nikon (D800*, D700, D3000, D200, D4, D3*, D2*, D1*, F100, N90s, F90X, F5, F6, F90)N2 EZa Nikon (D70S, D80)http://amzn.to/2v1WXOB EZa-N3 Nikon (D7100, D7000, D5100, D5000, D3200, D3100, D600, D90)http://amzn.to/2hsN9IB EZa-S1 Sony (A9000, A850, A700, A580, A560, A500, A450, A350, A300, A200, A99, A77, A65, A55, A35, A33, A380, A330, A100)http://amzn.to/2upFRXp Olympus EZa-OP12 (E620, E600, E520, E510, E450, E420, E410, E30, EM5, EP3, EP2, EP1, SP-570UZ, SP-560UZ, SP-550UZ, SP-510UZ, A900, A850, A700, A580, A560)If you need to support various camera types, a 6 in 1 variant with interchangeable cables is also available. Knowing that having a serious remote for a "pocket camera" would be nearly laughable, I bought this kit for fun.BUT, surprise! With my Pedco Ultrapod II tiny tripod, I am no longer a slave to that annoying 10 second timer and risk falling down a ravine while attempting to get back in the picture. There are no flimsy antennas protruding like on the remote I use with my bulky Nikon DSLR.Straight out of the package, it works wonderfully for focus/single remote shots. The instructions are a little complicated, but then again, so is this remote. This is actually not bad for a Chinese translation,The fact that it didn't work on the first try was my own fault for not inserting the cable all the way into the camera. It's a fantastic remote because it's incredibly lightweight and easy to use (thanks to the two AAA batteries per unit). At 10, 20, and 30 feet, there were no problems, but I did not try it from one end of a football field.Highly advised.***I wasn't given this remote or paid to review it. I am very satisfied with this one so far in terms of stable macro images without having to touch the camera body and time lapse to capture something like a flower opening up, however I can't say whether there are others out there that may be better or worse than this. If you're having trouble getting a kid to behave naturally when they lock up in front of the camera, set it up to capture the scene then conceal to fire it from a distance so they won't feel threatened. You can now comfortably position everyone and remotely fire the photo while waiting in line, continuing to do so for as many photos as you desire without having to sprint back and forth. This eliminates the need to rush to take a group photo before the timer runs out. The sky is the limit, and those sunrises and sunsets can be captured in time without your presence. If it's any assistance, I use a Sony A6000.

My present black sky site is at a swimming beach in a state park that receives water from a bubbling creek. This site thus has a higher dewpoint and forms dew on the equipment much more quickly, reducing the amount of time that can be spent watching and taking pictures. I bought this dew remover and a set of bands to use, including ones for my telescope, camera lens, and eyepiece, after a few unsuccessful attempts at observation and photography. When I first used it, I didn't turn the telescope heater on high enough, and as a result, dew continued to accumulate on the telescope. Over the next several hours, after turning the gadget up to its highest setting, the dew gradually disappeared from the telescope. In addition, even with the Low setting, there has been no dew on my camera lens. So instead of having to stop watching and taking pictures after a few hours like I used to, I can now watch and take pictures all night. I have yet to experience an observation session where this tool did not stop dew from forming.

Yes, you can use a telescope online. There are a number of websites that offer this service, and it can be a great way to get a closer look at the night sky. Just be sure to do your research beforehand to make sure you are using a reputable site.
To see Saturn's rings, you need a telescope with an aperture of at least 4.5 inches (114 millimeters). But to really appreciate them, you'll want a telescope with an aperture of 8 inches (203 millimeters) or more.
There are a few different ways that you can use your phone as a telescope. One way is to download a telescope app, which will give you the ability to see things in the sky that you wouldn't be able to see with the naked eye. Another way is to purchase a phone adapter that will allow you to attach your phone to a regular telescope. Whichever method you choose, you'll be able to get a closer look at the stars and planets.
