The glass has lovely colors. Sadly, I ordered a 1968 glass for a 50th birthday present but got a 1953 glass instead. Although the box's front tag stated 1968, the glass within was made in 1953. I didn't peek inside the box until I was wrapping it, shortly before I was leaving for the party, so I had to go with it so I had a gift to offer. So it was just a mistake on the tagging of the box, not whoever delivered it to me. My plan was to return it to my friend and swap out the incorrect year for it. We had all had a few beers when she opened the gift, and we were laughing so hard that she wanted to keep it. Although the glass is incredibly excellent, the retailer might want to quickly open the boxes to check before sending any more.

I got this as a gift for the brother of my partner. Everything about it was wonderful, with the exception of the shipping packaging. The little padding the box had didn't actually manage to cover any area of the box with the glass in it because it was a little too big. There were two tiny scratches on the glass' outside as a result, which I suppose happened during delivery. However, despite the scratches, my boyfriend's brother uses the glass every night without any problems. Unabashedly, I don't watch Game of Thrones. Simply put, I enjoy these words. After I received it, I only learned that it is related to that programme. Nothing major. I don't drink wine with it. A few days prior, I had reviewed how a recently acquired glass lost its etching after a few auto dishwasher washes. To my amazement, the company supplied me a replacement glass without my asking for one. Given that it was a 60th birthday gift, my wife was overjoyed. I'm going to start washing by hand. By writing this review, I hope to thank the readers and persuade them to think twice if my former assessment has discouraged them from making a purchase. The captain glass dipped colour is actually a deep turquoise/blue (pictures make it look black), which is lovely! I wash these by hand to prevent the artwork from fading, and so far so well.
